Q. What can or cannot the HOA Board of Directors or Property management company enforce.
A. They can only enforce what is in the current approved CC&Rs. Emergencies, neighbor-to-neighbor disputes, or violations that are against the law need to be dealt with by individual parties or local law enforcement.
Q. What is our budget and where do our HOA dues go?
A. Please see this page for budget information
Q. What are Architectural Requests (ARC's) and how do I know if I need one?
A. Anytime you are changing the outside of your home or adding permanent structures to the outside of home (not including small landscaping improvements like flowers, edging etc.), you will need to fill out an ARC Request Form. Examples of these changes include but are not limited to: Fences, sheds, tree houses, hedges, mass plantings, pools, hot tubs, skateboard ramps, sports equipment, decks, patios etc. Please see Article VI: Architectural and Landscaping Control Section 9 for list.
Q: Do I need a building permit or survey or engineer for whatever project you propose to the ARC?
A: We approve/disapprove based on the CCR’s requirements for the neighborhood, the approval of an ARC means just that you can proceed but does not override the building permits, engineer requirements or city requirements for your changes or additions.
Q. Why do I need to get approval for something I want to do to a home that I own?
A. Before purchasing your home, you were given a list of CCRs the neighborhood follows. These CCRs are in place to ensure that the neighborhood quality and home values stay current and do not decline. Without CCR's your neighborhood could fall into disrepair and hurt your home value. Everyone is held accountable, so therefore, there is a standard look and feel that the community adheres to.

A. All requests should be emailed to Sjeffcoat@csicommunities.com. Include whether it is a replacement or new fob request, name, address, and contact number. Fobs will be mailed to the owner within 48 hours.
Q. What do I need to do if I get a violation letter?
