Pool Information
Thank you to our residents that are helping to keep the pool area a nice place for our community. Please see the following guidelines to help keep our pool a safe and enjoyable space for our families.
• Pool Hours: 8:00am to Dusk - If you see people in the pool after this time call the Mooresville police at (704) 664-331
• Report issues to: Alicia@csicommunities.com
• Pool Fob requests or issues: All requests should be emailed to sjeffcoat@sentrymgt.com.Include whether it is a replacement or new fob request and name, address and contact number.
• Pool scheduling Requests: Fill out the form at the bottom of the page or email info@ashlyncreek.com
• Usage: Only residents of Ashlyn Creek phases 1-3. If you are planning a small gathering at the pool (ie. birthday, graduation, baby shower, etc.) please email info@ashlyncreek.com to reserve your spot.
NOTE: Due to the confusion with the rentals on Kistler Farm, you must bring your key to be admitted to the pool. Do not send your children or a babysitter without a key - they will not be let in.
• Food and Drink: You are allowed to bring food and drink to the pool. Please pick up after yourself. No glass in pool or on pool deck.
• Pool Toys: Please be sure to pick up pool toys and noodles and put them close to the pool house when finished.
• Trash: Please use the round containers for trash and please close top after throwing your trash away. If you use the big city containers the trash must be bagged and sealed.
• Pool Etiquette: Please be courteous of your neighbors. Music should be kept at a reasonable volume. If you have other people at the pool and wish to play music, simply ask your neighbors if your music is ok. No inappropriate music should be played–there are little ears all around.

Failure to adhere to the rules will result in a $50 cleaning fee or more.
Pool Rules

No running

No diving, roughhousing or tackle play in the pool

Supervise children at all times

Toddlers must wear swim-proof diapers

Must be 14 to enter the pool area without an adult (18+) chaperone

No more than 35 swimmers at a time

No animals in the pool or on the pool deck

No glass bottles

Limit of #4 guests per household (unless having a party - see above)

Basketball hoop - please no dunking or hanging on the hoop–if you break it, you buy it!

Music - please keep music respectful to your fellow neighbors and kids
In an effort to maintain a safe and enjoyable space, please adhere to the rules above. Anyone in violation of these rules may have their key fob revoked.
